Q:
What do I need when I call in for vitaCare to process my prescription?
A:
Once your healthcare provider sends in your prescription to vitaCare, a Customer Care Advocate will contact you to fill your order. Please have your prescription insurance card and a valid form of payment available when you receive the call.
